What happens on the first call?
30 minutes. We understand your AI use case – what you’re training or deploying, your current setup, what’s blocking you. We’ll tell you honestly if Neysa is the right fit. If it is, we walk you through options and pricing on the spot.
Can we run a proof of concept first?
Yes. For qualified teams we can set up a limited environment so you validate performance and cost before committing. Bring it up on the call.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing required. But if you can share your workload type (training / inference / fine-tuning), rough scale.
How does pricing work?
Exact pricing depends on GPU type (H100, H200, L40S, AMD MI300X), contract length, and a couple other factors. We’ll go through it on the call.
How is my data protected?
Neysa is ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC2 Type II, and IRDAI certified. Our platform offers zero-trust access controls, RBAC, full encryption in transit and at rest. Your model IP and training data stay in your environment.
Do you support private or hybrid deployments?
Yes. Public AI cloud, fully private clusters, or hybrid – with consistent observability, and orchestration across all three. If you have data residency requirements or need isolated infrastructure, mention it in your message or on the call.
Does Neysa support regulated industries – BFSI, healthcare, government?
Yes. Neysa’s IRDAI certification, combined with SOC2 Type II and ISO compliance, makes the platform well-suited for regulated sectors. For BFSI, healthcare, and public sector deployments, we support private cluster and air-gapped configurations to meet specific data residency and regulatory mandates. Our team has direct experience deploying for HDFC Bank, PhonePe, Juspay, and Fractal Analytics.
What are the commercial models available to enterprise customers?
Neysa offers on-demand GPU access, reserved instance contracts (monthly and annual), and dedicated private cluster agreements. All models carry transparent per-hour pricing with no egress fees and no control plane charges. Enterprise contracts include SLA commitments, dedicated support, and optional professional services for deployment and optimization.
