FAQs
Do you go direct on my account?
No. Register the deal and it's yours. We won't go around you, and we won't undercut you on price.
How fast will you answer when I register one?
Within seven working days of the first meeting we do together with your customer.
What if Neysa finds a deal in my patch?
We bring it to you first. You've got five working days to say yes or no. If we don't hear back, we take that as a no.
Do I have to buy GPUs?
No. Nothing to buy, and nothing to replace in three years. You're selling capacity we already run.
Who owns the customer?
You do. We run the infrastructure underneath and stop there.
My customer wants their model tuned. Will you do it?
No, and that's deliberate. The model and everything around it is your work, and you can bill for it.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Standard starts the day you sign. Premier isn't bought, it's earned by putting people and a plan behind it.
Can I bring in my own resellers?
Ask us first. We'll say yes to most, but it needs to be in writing.
Who answers the phone after go-live?
We do, around the clock, for anything to do with the infrastructure. Who takes the customer's first call is agreed when you sign.
