Introduction

Most companies these days think they’ve got their customers figured out.
They’ve got dashboards, funnels, and reports breaking everything down into neat little boxes.

But structured data only tells you what happened. It does not tell you why it happened. 

A drop-off in a funnel tells you where the user left, not what made them uncomfortable or unsure. A conversion tells you the outcome, not the moment that convinced the customer to go ahead. All of that context lives somewhere else, usually in conversations that never make it into structured systems. 

Companies already record every call, chat, and interaction. This is where most AI setups start running into trouble. It’s usually not the model’s fault; it’s the stuff under the hood that can’t keep up.
